The CEO of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, Angelica Light, has recently announced her retirement at the age of 63.
Light has lead one of the area's largest charities since the fiscal year 1999. She is said to be replaced by Deborah DiCroce, the president of Tidewater Community College.
